If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, aaqq settles bets according to its specific rules. Different rules apply depending on the situation.

If the match is cancelled before it starts:

• All Bets Full Refund A void/refund is issued.
• Funds are returned to your wallet within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

If a match is interrupted mid-way:

• Cricket: If the match is deemed "complete" under international rules (e.g., result determined via the DLS method), bets are settled based on that outcome.
• If the match is incomplete and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets will be declared Void and stakes refunded.
• In-Play (Live) Betting: If a match is interrupted during live play, the score at that moment may be taken into account.

Rescheduled Match:

• If a match is rescheduled, the original bet remains valid and is settled on the new date.
• If the venue changes, bets generally remain valid.
